Bernabe Concepcion will headline the "Fight Night at Sycuan:Philippines vs. Mexico". He will fight Giovanni Caro in a 10-round superbantamweight bout that will be televised by Azteca America on September 25, 2008. The fight is a joing undertaking by Sycuan Ringside Promotions and Manny Pacquiao Promotions and will be hel at the Sycuan Resort and Casino in San Diego, California.

Concepcion, one of the proteges of Pacquiao, currently has a fight record of 26wins and 1 loss with 15 knockouts while Caro is the Mexican 122-pound champion with a record of 11-4-4 with 9 knockouts.
